The A.C.T.S. Formula for Prayer....

The ACTS formula has been taught to children and new believers for years and years. I know it was something that many of us learned in our youth programs growing up. ACTS is an acronym that gives a basic model on how to pray : with Adoration, with Confession, with Thanksgiving, and with Supplication. While a "prayer formula" can assist us in learning how to pray, it doesn't necessarily mean that it will make our prayers more effective or ensure that our prayers will be answered....

All God REALLY wants out of our prayer time is a personal relationship. All of these aspects should come out naturally anyway while having a conversation with your best friend...
